Send your Outlook Contacts with a few mouse clicks (2000/2002/2003)
You can send an Outlook Contact directly from the Contacts folder. Simply right-click on the contact to email, and choose Forward from the resulting shortcut menu. At that point, a new Message form launches with the contact's name automatically entered in the Subject text box.
The recipient can easily save the Contact. First, open the email message that contains the Contact. Next, double-click on the Contact icon in the message. Finally, click the Save And Close button in the Contact form, and then Outlook saves the Contact to the recipients default location for new entries.
A shortcut for adjusting the amount of space between letters in Photoshop (Photoshop 6/7/CS)
If you want to adjust the letter tracking, or spacing, across a range of letters, you don't have to mess around with entering specific values in the Tracking text box in the Character palette. Instead, you can use key commands.
To tighten the spacing between letters, highlight your text with the Horizontal Type tool (Type tool in versions 6) and then press [option][left arrow] ([Alt][Left Arrow] in Windows); and to add more space, press [option][right arrow] ([Alt][Right Arrow] in Windows).
Import files directly to the correct folders (FrontPage 2000/2002/2003)
When you add files to the import list in FrontPage’s Import dialog box, the program assumes you want to add those files to the folder that’s currently open in Folders view. If you want to add a group of files to a particular folder, you should open that folder before choosing Import from the File menu.
