The target students for this course are those who desire to gain the skills necessary to create templates, sort and filter data, analyze data, create charts and Pivot tables.
Participants will also continue to build on the skills learned in Level 1 regarding the creation of formulas.

Participants should have basic Windows operating skills (Computers 101 class or equivalent). This includes understanding the basic operation of a mouse and keyboard, being able to navigate the Windows hierarchy, as well as being able to open and close files in an application.
Excel 2010 Level 1 or equivalent knowledge.

Lesson 5: Inserting Graphic Objects
• Insert and Modify Pictures and ClipArt • Draw and Modify Shapes • Illustrate Workflow Using SmartArt Graphics • Layer and Group Graphic Objects
Lesson 6: Customizing and Enhancing the Excel Environment
• Customize the Excel Environment • Customize Workbooks • Manage Themes • Create and Use Templates
