Time Management
No matter what your station in life is, we all have equal amounts of one thing – Time. However, some people accomplish many things with that time, and some people accomplish fewer things with that same amount of time. Some of this can be chalked up to desire, but much can be chalked up to how well people manage the time that they have available. This course will train you on how to avoid time wasting traps that many fall into, and guide you through finding the core principles that work best for your personality type and circumstances. Perhaps most importantly, it will also help you to tap into the desire that motivates successful people.

Performance-Based Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
• Identify time wasters and distractions that prevent them from reaching peak productivity.
• Identify causes of procrastination.
• Avoid duplication of effort, or “touching” tasks more than once.
• Prioritize and organize tasks so that they are done in the most efficient way possible.
• Combine these skills to lower their stress levels and motivate themselves.

Course Description
Goal Setting is the fundamental cornerstone for success in anything you choose to do. If you don’t know what your goal is, you can never know if you have succeeded at your undertaking. Goal setting sets the groundwork for so many other business skill sets. It is the foundation for time management, for motivation, for direction – for success. Yet few people really know how to set worthwhile goals; fewer still know how to commit to those or how to accomplish them. Other people have so many goals that they are unclear on how to rate or prioritize them.
This course will show you how to avoid the pitfalls of poor goal setting habits and how to set worthwhile objectives that can be measured and achieved.
