Helen Gilbertson – ITIL®

Helen has extensive training and practical experience in IT Service Management and Project Management and has completed her ITIL Expert, ISO/IEC20000 Consultant, COBIT and Prosci Change Management Certifications.  She demonstrates strong abilities to collaborate and continuously improve through training and experience and develop herself and her teams.

Helen has delivered many training courses, educational, and awareness sessions to employees across Canada, USA and in India.  She developed and delivered the training both in classroom and through online conference facilities. In her role of Process Owner and Project Management at IBM Global Services she delivered ITSM Process training to 5000+ employees, customers and vendor staff. She is currently a certified ITIL trainer through Loyalist Certification Services and ISACA.

She brings many years of experience in developing, implementing, monitoring and improving processes including incident, problem, change, availability management, capacity management and many others which she leverages in the delivery of her training courses to “make them real”
